The purpose of this research are : first; finding out the college environment influenceand the service to students’ study motivation at STIKOM Dinamika Bangsa. Second; finding out the most dominant variable that influence studens’ study motivation at STIKOM Dinamika Bangsa.The prosedure of collecting data is done by spreading out questionaires to all respondents as much as 107 respondents. Analysis model used is double liniear regression. Hypothesis is examined by using F test and T test. The coefficients table shows regression equivalent. Regression model can be arranged as follow; Y = - 0,038 + 0,144 X1 + 0,497 X2 In which; Y = Study Motivation, X1 = College Environment, X2 = Service. The research result showed that the influence of college environment variable to study motivation (r2 X1) which was counted by correlation coeffisient is 0,356. While, the influence of service variable to study motivation variable (r2 X2)is 0,569. There is one significantinfluence of service variable to study motivation variable is 0,59. Ehile, the influence of both college environment and service to study motivation (R2 ) is 0,341. Based on the result of the research, some recommendation are proposed by the writer to STIKOM Dinamika Bangsa and Yayasan Dinamika Bangsa, they are:
Good service quality must be held continuously.
The influence of college environment is not significant to the students’ study motivation at STIKOM Dinamika Bangsa. There fore, Air Conditioner (AC) should be functioned anymore.
